Can anyone tell me what happened with the 1M bumper group buy?

I was i think the 6th person to preorder one of the bumpers and I was closely following the thread and then all of a sudden the thread has disappeared and Andrey can't be found... I have not gotten a refund and now I am thinking about getting in touch with the police. Can anyone fill me in? He said my bumper shipped last wednesday and that he was going to send me the tracking number that same day and now he has been silent ever since... HELP!!!

Last I heard, he was scamming it, something about paypal suspended his account. Or that's what people said??
