Windows opened on their own

Went in the garage tonight to go to dinner and found my 2013, 335is, sitting there with the windows down and the sunroof open.

Everything was closed when I parked it there a couple of hours earlier.

The only thing I can think of is I must have done something to the "remote" that I had in my pocket.

Anyone know how or why this would happen?

you sat on unlock button. hold it down for 10 seconds and the magic happens

if you hold the trunk button for 90 seconds, it will open up and lift itself too.

If you hold the trunk button for 24 hours the hood will open up and lift itself

Garage List
Happened to me while doing the laundry last night... One of the craploads of quarters in my pocket held down the unlock button. But I am spoiled by that feature though; I sometimes develop wishful thinking with other cars (e.g. a friend's '02 Camry) on a hot day .

Wow I didn't know the window thing came standard, I thought it had to be coded in. Good stuff!

For some reason my trunk won't life up on it's own though. I'm not sure if your serious about the 90 second thing .

Yea they come down standard, but you need to code to have them go up. Not serious about the 90 second thing.

Sucks that you have to keep it pressed to open/close all the way.

Holding the trunk button sets off the panic alarm if you have an alarm. Doesn't open the trunk

No just knew this from my e46. I installed the alarm on that so I read about all the different functions. I don't have an alarm on my e90 yet.

I guess I ruined the joke...
