Yes, by using NCSExpert.
It is in the KOMBI module.

NCSExpert is a coding program for BMW's, you need a special interface cable to connect to the OBD port of the vehicle.
As for instructions they may be some informational stuff on the coding section of this forum, but if you need any help you can PM me.

I've never used BMWhat App, it may be easier if you want to take that route.
