Platte Forme a.g. | F80 M3 Track Build
Featured on BIMMERPOST.com Here are some photos of our 2015 Mineral White F80 M3 build commissioned by Maxxis tire. Our goal is to build a street spec car with all bolt-on performance components while retaining full interior. The car is set up with JRZ Suspension and custom aero pieces with all fabrication work done in-house in our California facility. The areas of main focus on this project are suspension tuning, aerodynamics development, and the overall balance and track performance of the car. The car is currently running with Global Time Attack Street Class and has attended SEMA 2014 (Maxxis Tire booth car) and Eurotuner GP 2014 (overall win this year). Awesome build! I love how the APR mounts look to be inspired by the DTM cars.
Also, love this shot below

Lovely car! Are you running the 275/35/18 RC-1 or is that a new unreleased size?

I didn't watch the whole video but that e36 Had less than half the power of the EAS M4 yet was significantly faster.
The 228 was also impressive with quick lap times and a 200 hp deficit. I'm just not that impressed with how the new m3/m4 costing so much and then add high cost supporting mods and huge horse power yet a measly 228 is nipping at your heels. Still, very nice builds though. |

I don't see how putting a bunch of expensive bolt on's onto an expensive car are impressive. x5mad
I mean, the thing looks awesome but what type of development work did you guys do to make sure this thing runs lap after lap. HOw are you able to run a jb4 on track without any supporting cooling modifications? |
