Musicar fiberglass F30 sub enclosure

Item Interest
Selling my Musicar fiberglass sub enclosure. $350 shipped. This sub box is only a few months old and in great condition. Comes with the quick disconnect wiring harness & mount. I have decided to move the speaker & amp to my work truck since it is the vehicle I drive 90% of the time & didn't want to spend the extra money for another system.

I also have a Techic PNP harness for the standard HiFi stereo that I could add for an additional $50. This harness bypasses the factory amp so you will need aftermarket amps for the sub & the factory speakers if you use it. The PDX-V9 & PDX-F4 are a great setup for this.

What kind of amp did you run to this and what sub did you have? Looks like a JL Audio...

Apline PDX-V9 & PDX-F4 to run entire system. The sub was a JL 10w6v3.

arg.. i already got a Technic harness to go to an ms-8/xd800.

just curious, how did this combo work out for you? i heard some people had to put down the ski door in order to hear/feel the full effects of the sub in the trunk. was that your experience too?

Yes. The trunk is very well soundproofed so if the seats are up and the trunk area is blocked you will notice a major sound diffrence. It's not the setup that causes the issue obviously but the issue does exist. I just kept the center seat section down. When it was up I just adjusted my bass knob to raise the bass and help compensate for the lowered volume.
