My Black Beauty... new to me 08 E92 335xi AT
Hiya, allow me to present my new to me E92 335xi AT.
Purchased second hand with 32,000 miles last week. Inspected by BMW and an independent (didn't want to take any chances) and both said that its one of the cleanest best looked after E92s they've seen, so I'm feeling pretty pleased with myself. Current mods: Akrapovic Evo cat back exhaust KW v3 coilovers AC Schnitzer Type VIII 3-piece 19" rims. I still can't deceide what I want to do with the rims, I like them, but they aren't really my style. I'd prefer some BBS CH-Rs in black. On the cosmetic side, I'm planning to black out all the chrome, fit CSL style trunk and Aero lip. After that all the money will go under the hood. Here's a couple of quick snaps from my phone (Xperia Z2 on 8mp setting). Its not very clean, I haven't had time to do it yet, and there will be more pics in the future after a good detailing session. Thanks guys!
Does anyone know what wheels these are? (pic borrowed from another member, I have pm'ed them, but you never know if people are active or not)... This look (concave mesh) is really growing on me and the Schnitzer wheels shouldn't be hard to move on... |

I'm not in love with them myself. I think they are replicas. They are good quality wheels, but the fact is I found out today that Schnitzer never made this style in a 19". I will be looking to change them out soonish...
Still wondering if anyone can name that rim above or at least point me in the direction of a set of matte black mesh style rims which have a nice concave to them? |
