11,000 miles later without clear bra, should I get one now?

So. I bought my M4 new last July and have since put a little over 11,000 miles on it.

There are 5 or 6 chips in the paint in the front (maybe more I can't see - or probably don't want to go looking for, that'd be depressing..).

My question is has anyone gotten something like a clear bra applied this late into owning the car? Is it still worth it?

I was also considering wrapping the car, and wonder if anyone knows what that's like after having the car been through so much - in my mind it's got to have problems since there are dings already..

Still worth it in my opinion - if not, you're basically saying you no longer think your car is worthy enough to be protected.

Also, it's important to note, that the clear bra actually can hide some imperfections in the paint. I got mine done around 150-200 miles and I already had a small chip in the paint but the bra hid it and it actually hid another small faint scratch in the paint as well!

Definitely worth it. There are plenty of people who buy a CPO car and put a clear bra on it.

My only advice would be to touch up those spots before you wrap it. Langka and Dr Colorchips make some kits. You obviously drive a lot, as these cars are meant to be driven. If you don't put PPF on, it will get much worse.

11,000 looks like your enjoying the car. Clear bra does help a lot. Its better late then never. If you get it now, it can save you the headache down the road.
