E93 whine-

Hi all-I have had the diff replaced and its all been checked out by the stealers, but I am sure at 28ish mph I can still hear a whine noise-very slight but I am sure I can hear it when just resting my foot on the accelerator rather than accelerating-is it just me?-thanks

I too have a whine on my e92 335i... I find its noticeable sometimes on acceleration at around 3000 RPM. People are telling me that it might be "turbo whine".

iI'm a new owner to an E92 335i and as my first turbo-powered vehicle I'm attributing any "whining" sound as the turbo-spool. Although for me personally, as I've done my due diligence, and nothing seems to sound out of the ordinary.

Perhaps a video, if possible, would be better for us to tell if we have this "specific" noise as well?

Not a turbo mine is a 320i doubt if a vid would pick it up tbh the stealer mech could only just hear the diff whine in the first place- they originally blamed it on the runflats.

My E93 also whines, only noticeable to me when using ski pass-thru.
