Oil on my cats (need help diagnosing)

Hello guys,
My 335i has been smoking out of the hood heavily and if you look down the left part of the engine you can see the top of one of the downpipes is smoking heavily. i know cats dont have oil so something must be leaking on them cauing it to smoke.. any ideas on what it could be.. i was thinking head gasket but i wanted opinions from the pros.

thank you

Probably leaking where the oil line goes into the turbo connected to that cat.

It's also possible the leak is coming from either the valve cover gasket or the rear turbo inlet pipe seal.

yeah i think it might be the valve cover also because it seems to be dripping from the rear wastegate actuator.

Also look at the oil filter/oil cooler unit as it can leak and run down the front of the motor and around to the turbo side of the block.

my guess is the rear turbo seal is leaking (very common, happened to my car).
