Question about 2 step (n54 automatic)

I'm installing JB4 today which I purchased with the 2-step off the forums. My car is automatic so I wont be using the 2-step.

Is there anything I need to do with the 2-step wires/relay when installing or do I just let them hang loose not connecting to anything? Will this cause any problems? Thanks guys!

don't forget to tape or heatshrink them so they don't corrode and/or make contact with something and cause a short... that's the last thing you'd want to happen....
