Lag with 2 turbos KKK K04-22, how to reduce it?

Hello guys

So I have a particular N54 with 2 turbos K04-22, same on as the Audi s3 225hp. I'm running in map 6 with 20.5 psi. 60% of e85.

I have some important lag before the turbos are charging, with the JB4, I put the lagfix at 100%.

1 question : Does it hurt for the turbos or the engine?
2 question : What can be done to help to have even less lag

I'm going to put a Cobb charge pipe and 2 Forge DV, don't know if it can help with this.

Posting JB4 logs would be a starter. You probably need a custom tune though, there a certain number of techniques that help spooling bigger turbos.

I have some log, there it is. I don't know if it's parameters than I can touch with the JB4?
