Is this normal??? crud under rocker cover pics attached

Hey guys just doing some routine maintenance having not owning the vehicle long. Noticed some thick crap under the oil cap and looks like its all attached to the rocker cover. The rest of the inside looks very very clean as to be expected as its never missed a service. Is this build up normal? what should i do ???

I'm pretty sure that's normal from oil changes the oil hits that edge a little and they don't clean it off.

Clean that out and check back in a couple hundred miles.

Rah it looks like it's lined all on the inside of the rocker cover too
