Simoniz Wax Free Shampoo

Hi all,

Proud new owner (2013 Frozen Grey M5) here from Dubai. First ever M car and what can I say but WOW!! Did all the usual research prior to buying the car including reading numerous posts on this forum (many thanks for all your input guys).

Right, my main question is if any of the frozen colour members has any experience with Simoniz wax free shampoo on their frozen cars? I know most people recommend Dr Beasley's, Chemical guys, and Swissvax products to name a few. I have ordered and am waiting for some of Dr B's products, but was also wondering if I could use the Simoniz shampoo for a regular wash (not detailing). As it's wax free with neutral pH, I assume it'll be ok but thought to ask my fellow Frozen M5 owners first

Thanks

Never heard of it. I use Chemical Guys Meticulous Matte wash for matte satin paints.

Thank you Stealth Pilot....tempted to give it a go as it's wax free and plan on using a snow foam gun. I haven't got access to the likes of CG met matte wash or honeydew snow foam etc here unfortunately.

Thanks again

I'm sure it's fine. I have even used Meguiars Gold once because I ran out of CG Meticulous Matte and that was fine too.
