What deals have you guys got?

I got a quote for a base X5M for $1080 a month, including sales tax. I asked a few dealerships for a quote using the build spec that I want, but from my calculations, I should be in the ball park of $1300-1500.

Never put cash down on a lease. Never.

Definitely a bad idea to put cash down on a lease. With cash down, if anything happens, and the car is deemed totaled, your down payment is as good as flushing the money down the toilet. It's better to do multiple security deposits, if you're allowed, to reduce the money factor.

From a broker? That's what I have been getting too, but I wanted to find someone local so I could trade my car in.
