SCCNH event last weekend

Last weekends event was awesome. I've done 2 autocrosses so far with the 228 and I have to say, the car is amazing. I also own a very well put together e30 that is great for autocross and track. I think I can say that I no longer need that car 😁.

The 228i is more than capable. My first track event is next weekend and I can't wait to get out there.

I hope everyone else is enjoying their 2er as much as me.

Yeah, I've kept it simple so far.....M3/4 LCA's, H&R springs and a square 18x8.5 set up with 245's. The car is extremely neutral and very well balanced.

I think a touch more negative camber up front and some sway bars would make a huge difference.

I've been thinking of going with a square set up as well but not sure I want to yet. But yes I also think sway bars are going to the key component! Another member on here with a 228i said it really did make a huge difference.

Yup. The H&R springs don't add enough spring rate so sway bars should be a great addition.

The square set up is amazing. This is what really helps give the car a neutral feel.

Cool thank you! Just trying to get an idea of what others have. I really want to get some new wheels but the wallet is starting to feel some pain lol.
