Mineral Grey - Paint Chip Touch up?

Hi, I have just used the OEM MG touch up paint on a chip near the front BMW badge on my M3 and and the match sucks. The touch up paint is quite a bit darker than the body colour. I know that metallic colors are more difficult to match but I wondered if anyone had any experience of a fix to make the match much closer than it is now? Any assistance would be appreciated.

Dr colorchip is pretty good. I'd try that.

Hey Andrew!
Did it turn out well with your repair? Do you have any pics?

Shake the bottle hard. You need to get the flakes mixed. Then drop some paint on a piece of junk plastic and use a toothpick to get the paint with the flakes.

I just bought the same color yesterday and yes it seems to be darker. IMO this color MG is very hard to match and do small touch ups.
