Tax implications from NY lease assumption to CA
Hey guys.
How does tax on leases work in NY vs in CA? I'm thinking about assuming a NY lease for an F80 but curious how to understand if tax is in the payment or not and what I would actually pay here in CA with tax vs NY. Thanks in advance. |

I took over an e92 lease from Texas a few years back. Even though in Texas he had to pay all the tax up front, When I took the lease over i still needed to pay California tax on each month. So the actual payment went up approx 50 dollars/month from what I assumed it was going to be. |
