E90 320d problems!! Please help

Hi guys,I need some help...recently I bought e90 320d 177hp 2008 manual pre-lci,the guy told me that it is remaped on cca 220 hp...after 2 months of driving sometimes i have some problems, when I push full throtle from 0 kmh,1 and 2 gears are great but when I shift to 3rd gear it has some slow response from 2500 to 3000 rpm then at 3000 rpm gets fast again and when shift to 4th gear the same thing happens with slow response from 2500 to 3000 then when shift to 5th gear it is everything normal...so 3rd and 4th gear are my problem that sometimes happens to me,I dont know is it because of remap or it can be something other???when it is everyrhing ok the car really go fast every gear...can anyone help me please??? And sorry for a little bad English

I'm not an expert on diesels but it could be a dirty EGR valve. They get caked in soot on diesels and could cause some stuttering especially around 2500 RPMs since that's when the turbos are at full boost (I assume). It's just a suggestion and again I'm no expert

Both are very simple and cheap fixes so no harm in doing so. Good luck!
