It appears to be a solid deal based upon what I am paying. Do you know the residual, money factor and final vehicle price the lease is based on? Dealer should be able to provide.

That is a solid deal, just confirm what the money factor is - .0013 is ideal, I paid a little higher at .0015 but really only impacts the monthly between $10 - $20 per month. I got $5k off MSRP, you are doing much better than that with $7,400.

I say confirm the MF and then go for it.

That's a great deal but I'd make sure it's 12K a year. It appears that he's quoting you the 10K a year price.

Also, I WOULD NOT put $3000 down. If you total your car, you're never going to get that back. Instead, put down max multiple security deposits. It's doesn't quite lower your monthly dollar for dollar vs a down payment, but you get your security deposit back at the end of the lease. If you pay max security deposit, expect it to be around $5000. One of the best deals in the car finance world you will find. Nothing beats getting a lower lease payment AND getting your $5000 back at the end of the lease.

ended up with 2500 out of pocket. $465/month (includes taxes). opted to get $33/month end lease protection. (seemed cheaper to do that than buy new tires at end of the lease)
