Help with E90

guys

need some expert help.

i received my cable today and installed inpa and ncs expert

i can get both black dots of battery and ignition

but when i go into inpa and press fn+f9 to go into e90 option and try anything and get EDIABAS Fehler 19 : IFH-0009: NO RESPONSE FROM CONTROLUNIT" error

when i go into ncs expert and try to select e89 and then CAS i get vin is fualty COAPI-1021 error

what should i do here?

Bad cable is my guess. If everything is installed corrected then cable or comport settings is a likely cause.

Correct comport as setup in OBD.ini ?
Latency set to 1?
