Advice on springs

I have a 2012 335is with the stock suspension. I believe it's the sport suspension, but correct me if I'm wrong.

I like where the rear sits but want the front a little lower. I'm looking for something mild just to even out the wheel gap in the front in comparison to the rear.

What do you guys recommend?

SP lowering perches or lower it by mounting the strut deeper in the clevis on the upright.

Thanks! Never heard of lowering perches before. I'll check them out.

Agreed, if not lowering perches then springs would be your next option pretty similar, or you can step it up to coilovers!

Andre, I appreciate your response. I probably should have been a little more clear in my post. I am really looking for specifics like a certain brand/model of spring, etc.

I have looked at a few of the spring options but I don't know how much my sport suspension is lowered from a regular suspension, so if I order a set of springs with a mild drop, I'm not really sure how different it would be from what I have now.

I had coilovers on my last car and while I liked the ability to adjust ride height to my liking, I'm thinking that I'd like to see if there is a spring that would suit my needs.

I went with the BMW performance springs and shocks on my 335is as part of my complete suspension upgrade. Drop is subtle but noticeable, probably 10-15mm over the sport suspension. It definitely improved the cornering response.

The pics I sent you of my tires should give you some idea. I'll try and get a full side shot today for you.

Thanks man!

I did look at the pics you sent. Definitely helps. Looked at your profile pics too but I think you may have been on the stock suspension in those pics.

A side view will give me a better idea of how the rake looks. No rush with the pic, though. I really appreciate it.

BTW, you've been really helpful to me since I've joined these forums. Just wanted to say thanks again!

Check out this link to Killboy.com. It's pics of me rolling through the Tail of the Dragon last weekend. It may do the trick for you. There's pics of me going both ways within the first few pages. http://killboy.photoreflect.com/stor...7&po=9&pc=1364

I have the yellow BMW performance as well but my car appear to be lower. Actually, it has always been lower than other 335i sport. I have e90 Mtech. Here is a rolling photo from it.

Looks good and I'd have to agree it looks lower than mine.

It's hard to tell from action shots especially when you are in a turn. Obviously the suspension is compressed in the turn do it's not a very accurate representation.

I do appreciate your efforts, though.
