Led Turn Signal Flickering. Help!

Hey guys I recently purchased a 2009 328i coupe, the previous owner replaced the headlight turn signals but they flicker on start up of the car. There is no error warning on the dash and they work fine but I want to try to get rid of the flicker. Does anyone know how to code the flickering out? I've searched all over the forums on different sites but can't find a solid answer. Thanks!

Lol. Are you sure you searched? I don't believe you.

Hint: "cold check turn signals."
