I keep getting this message in INPA and I cannot find a working link on any of these forums.
anyone have a working link to this file for INPA?

Your missing the INPA scripts and configuration files. You should have an EXX.IPO file and an EXX.INI file in the INPA SGDAT folder, among many others.
