yeh i dont think he has run it down the 1/4 after he completed this setup.

imagine PI and e85, should crack over 500 rwkw (670 rwhp), but i guess good 1/4 miles is not always about huge hp

Although 425rwkw on pump 98 is still bloody impressive, courtesy of the Garret ST @ 28psi

A question to those knowledgeable in dyno machines: in the video the rear wheels seem to have a fair bit of movement on the rollers.. this affects final power figure correct? I've read up that loose strapping can output an inflated figure..

yeh you're probably right.

The melbourne guys went to springy motors for our own dyno day and found that it was a bit conservative. I for one ran 261 rwkw on another dyno dynamics dyno about a month earlier, in similar weather conditions. At Springy I ran 243rwkw.

But yeh maybe its a bit inflated but might be compensated due to lower reading dyno anyway dunno

Yeah big time, along with over inflated rear tyres! It may yield say 20rwkw extra, but nevertheless still a great number!

Ultimately the ST setup is what I want, need to find a workshop thats local who can fabricate it and also offer the aftersales support

There is a guy who has made a jig to fab up manifolds. From memory about 8k for mani, gt3582r, gate, downpipe ect. Just have to sort out oil lines which is not a huge deal. The thread is on 1addicts. Check it out. When my turbos go I will be considering this option.
