M3 Front shock mount adaption

Basically wondering if the M3 front shock mount would fit on my car. I Posted in general with no luck as you can see here http://www.e90post.com/forums/showth...4#post18689654

They seem really nice and the front bump stop is interesting.

Help would be greatly appreciated.

What about a future M suspension conversion? Shocks, struts the whole deal.

You will have to change the upright as well as the M struts will not fit into non M uprights.
Additionally, the M springs are for a front heavier v8 so...

Why are you entertaining yourself with these silly ideas?

Ahh okay. And not really that silly of an idea. But I was looking to replace my shock mounts with some heavy duty ones. I have the non sport ones so I guess the sport ones will have to do. Unless you have some suggestions.

And the m3 suspension idea was for my brother's 330i. He will have to change the struts, shocks, bushings etc... almost the whole deal. So he'll probably just settle with some M upgrade/refresh kits from ecs tuning.

But suggestions on the type of front shock mounts would be appreciated.

Thanks

Sport, non sport, they are all the same, at least from what I have seen in the US. The strut mounts for XI are buffier, thicker pad like entry level models in EU for rough terrain markets, but they will raise your front.

Okay thank you. From what I gathered I will get the Lemforder part # 31306775098 since they seem like good quality. I'll take the guide pins out before instalation
