Newbie looking for help registering battery

Hey guys,

I just bought a 2010 pre-lci 335i xdrive coupe a couple of months ago. im fbo + e60 on it. My battery has been super week and after reading forums, I just ordered an oem same spec battery from bmw that is supposed to be in on wednesday.

Can someone point me in the right direction on what I need and how to register it on my car? I am clueless reading all these posts.

Do you have BMW Standard Tools installed? Google Tool32 battery registration.

I do not have it. Gonna pick up the battery today and look up tool32.
