325i Front Brakes

Hello,

After my PowerStop brakes have turned out to be quite a disappointment I'm looking to replace front pads and rotors. My only real concerns are limited to no brake dust and no squealing. I'm currently thinking of going with Brembo rotors with Akebono pads. Just curious if this is a good combo or if I would be better off with something like Zimmerman rotors ( my current ones are covered with rust after sitting for just a day or so) and cool carbon pads.

Zimmerman blank rotors (painted) + Akebono\coolcarbon pads.

I've heard Zimmerman rotors (coated ones) with Hawk HPS 5.0 pads are a good combo. Probably the combo I will go with once they need replacing.

Most popular combo for us has been Stoptech rotors with HAWK 5.0 pads
