Amber/Yellow Brake Light with Lift Sign...

Hi guys,

I drive a 2010 328xi with about 72,000 miles and just recently my car started displaying a yellow brake sign with the car lift sign on the dash. I did have my front brakes replaced a while back but not the rear brakes...I thought if the brake sensors are tripped it would display a red sign...any ideas what could be causing this?
