Garage List
2011 BMW M3  [10.00]
2006 BMW 330i  [9.00]
LCI 2010 e90 335i Msport seats to my PRE-LCI 2006 e90 330i Non-Msport seats, both are power, memory and heated. I have a few questions:

* Does my car pre-wire for it? How do I find out?
* Direct swap?
* Would I be able to use the seats (memory/power/heated) from 335I?

Thanks

#1. In my experience, as long as your car already has all the same options as the donor car, then yes everything will be pre-wired. The adjustable bolsters in the sport seats draw power out of the same circuit that your power lumbar in the non-sport seat uses now, which makes life so much easier.

#2. Yes, direct swap. Since your new seats are from an LCI they will have an additional connector that runs from the headrest for the active head restraint; your car won't be wired for this, so just leave it unplugged.

#3. 335i vs. 330i won't matter.

Yep, as long as you have the same options it should be plug and play. Like fravel said, just the plug for the AHR won't have anywhere to go, so just zip tie it somewhere so it won't rattle around.
