Which cable + software?

Hy all,
I have a E90 330d xDrive LCI (2010.dec).
I would like to do:
- Reset Service interval (e.g. if i change oil)
- Make diagnostics ( read / delete error codes)
- Battery registration

Which cable should i buy?
Which is the best/simple software to use it for these things?

it's the one stop electronics usb-obdII cable. This question has been asked like a thousand times before...

For the things you want to do, Bavarian technic cable with their software since I don't think you can reset oil change reminder.

You can reset the oil change from the BC stalk
as well as all the other maintenance items except
the brakes I think.
nothing else required
See the DIY and maintenance sub forums for the procedure.
Nothing extra required to do this. But if you want to go further

Rhiengold ista D is now a pretty easy install and will run on any current operating
system.
I have it running on a cheap k-can cable. But that is all my car requires.
Running on hp dvt6-3100 on win10

The cheap an easy diagnostic and coding setup for those that don't want to dig
into all this software is the Carly App.
