Interesting, just found a wide bodykit for e90's that come with the side skirts, front and rear bumpers and door flares for 4000 us.

You Using same wheels or switching to red anodised

Don't do the spacer thing with the widebody. Get a proper set of custom made deep dish rims.

hahah im not made out of money. i spent 3.4k on my current set of works and they are 11s wide so they do already stick out a bit. another 3cm will do the job perfectly ;]

11s should do nicely. Get the right rubber too 305s maybe. Spacers are fine til you are ready to pull the trigger. I'd like to know how well they fit, how much extra space you get, pics maybe holding them on and after install, if they're good, where you got them, etc.
