Map update on retrofitted cic

Hi all.
I have a cic retrofit on my 2007 e91.
Every time I want to update maps, when I put fsc code, I need to cut can low and can high, because if I don't cut the can wires, even putting right code, always keep warning about wrong code. So I cut wires, do the update and at the end I tap can wires again. So it's a job I do once a year. Do you know any way so I don't need to do this? Because to do

this I need to take cic off to cut the wires. I already thought to plug can wires to a switch so I can turn on or
Off, but if you know any easy way, educate me. Thanks.
