I don't have personal experience with them yet since my car got hit before new parts came, but Markert was recommended to me by a few BMW friends

Alan of GCR is good people. Not a ton of F8X experience afaik... yet.

Ive heard good and bad about solo. I wouldnt personally take my car there.

Yeah but i am just installing some basic mods .. had him install a shifter knob in my audi and it went fine

Solo is ok
Johns specialty repair is very good
Bimmer service center in Roswell is my goto. Ask for Don.

Thanks , Bimmer service center is next to my house , are they expensive ? whats their hourly rate?

Yes, the one on Alpharetta Highway, cleanest shop I've been to and nice waiting area with couches and TVs. One bonus with them is that they are open on Saturdays which is critical because I'm always busy on weekdays.

Far as rate, I believe it depends on the service but they are right around $90-95 an hour.

Good oil change prices here too.

Bimmer service center seems to be expensive but most likely will go with them for the quality and convinience.

Can you guys also recommend me similar repair shops for my acura in Alpharetta/ Roswell area, how are Japanese automotive and Premier auto shops?
