Help with radio coding 2URAD

I changed the radio on my E90 2006 325. Same model number, same radio. It's a HIFI basic unit. I tried to code the new radio ( 2URAD module ) with NCS expert. After coding, the radio won't turn on. Even the clock is off, it doesn't light up. I ran INPA and it shows : ERROR_ECU_GENERAL_REJECT. I reinstalled the old radio ( one channel is fried ) and it works ok. So it's not the car or any fuses. I also check the fuse on the back of the radio.
My NCS expert is old and I'm using old daten.

Can this be a coding problem? or I just fried the power unit of the radio? I'm already working on getting a newer NCS and daten, but I don't want to waste my time trying to fix it with software if it's a hardware problem. Should I get a new radio? or keep trying with this one?

Also, I have to code the VIN number of the car in the radio. How can I do that? I know it 's possible with FGNR_SCHREIBEN job. But I don't know how to run this job. The VIN is not on the 2URAD data.

Never heard of this before .

Never heard of this before .
Were you able to read the radio file before you attempted
to reprogram it.

You might try these guys(following link) or Bimmertech for help.

Also may try finding someone with an ICOM and flash it.
