Question Violent misfire and logs. Can someone take a look?

This morning my 535i started misfiring. I have experienced misfires in many cars but not in this car and not like this. It produced a really deep, bass-like sound and could definitely be felt. It was really intermittent though, only under full throttle and very difficult to duplicate. I was able to make it happen again while logging and this time it went into reduced power mode. Here are the log I came up with. I don't know how to read them well but I see that cyl 4 has timing corrections. I thought that if the spark plugs were bad it would happen each time the engine was under that amount of load, but most pulls it does fine, and a couple of times I got the violent, loud, rough, misfire. Is that just what a misfire feels like in a turbo car? Turbo surge because of misfire?

Not sure, but noticed your afr gets leaner more than 18, when misfires on the 3rd gear log.

You're right. I wonder if a faulty injector can cause that? The injectors in the car are only a year old. I don't remember the index number though.

How are you logging is it Cobb?

I know there is a value you can log to to see if injectors are leaking. Once you let off the gas you log and trace the fuel injectors. They should all be at a certain psi, if not you have a leaky injector. I forgot the name but hopefully that gives you some help

You can also pull the plug in the morning and smell for gas

Btw I didn't see you mention swapping plugs or coils. Start with the cheap stuff and yes misfires on a n54 when smashing can feel violent
