The car unlocks but the when you pull the handle from the outside it doesn't open...When you pull the handle from the inside it opens.

I have an appointment tomorrow AM with a service adviser. This is the first breakage in under two weeks of ownership. I hope this trend doesnt continue.

Is it one door or both doors?
Your saying the interior door lock pin pops up but the exterior door handle won't open the latch ?

It's only the drivers side. The pin pops up and you can open it from the inside. When you pull the handle on the outside it pulls out from the frame but doesn't open the door. When you close the door from the inside you can hear something rattling around that probably shouldn't be....
