Removal of OEM Rear Intake Duct

I am in the process of removing the rear OEM inlet duct and have come across a bracket that I have not seen mentioned in any of the threads or installation Guidelines for installing VTT inlets. I have removed the 2 bolts that secure the inlet to the engine without much effort but have found another bracket towards the turbo end that holds the inlet against the engine and no doubt holds the OEM inlet in place on the turbo. I would have thought this bracket would need to be removed or else it would get in the way of the silicone inlet and possibly cut/restrict it. The fellows that have installed the RB/VTT inlets, what did you do with this bracket. your assistance would be greatly appreciated. I have attached a photo which is a bit blurred but still shows the bracket that I am talking about.

Garage List
There is a detailed post by RB on the BB forum stating this bracket is to be removed, but IIRC access to the last bolt/nut is a nightmare without a modified spanner/socket setup to access it

Thanks for the info Totti. I had a look from underneath and it maybe easier to remove the bolt and bracket from there. I will be removing the transmission in the coming week so I will do it then and install the new rear inlet. It should be a breeze with no transmission.
