e92-lighting.com really slow?!?
Good god, It's been 2 weeks and I haven't gotten as much as a tracking number from them. Any other experiences with this vendor?
Emailed several times, even chatted with a "rep" on their website customer chat platform who assured me that they would be sending me a tracking number days ago and still never received it. I searched the forums and saw a few pretty bad reviews (after I placed my order) but I also saw a few positive reviews which gave me some hope... so far I've been let down lol. Placed an order with them a week ago. Sent an email last Thursday asking when item would ship. As of yesterday afternoon, no reply. I also tried the website Chat yesterday afternoon. Literally waited 50 minutes for a reply then I gave up. I immediately filed a claim with PayPal and sent them an email (through PayPal) instructing them to cancel my order and refund my money.
THAT got their attention and last night they replied to my email from last Thursday saying the order had shipped and gave me a tracking number. According to the time stamp on the tracking number, it was several hours after I told them to cancel the order. I have spoken to PayPal this morning and I'm very confident my money will be refunded. This vendor is, at best, VERY UNRELIABLE. He is great at bad-mouthing his competition and touting his products as "the best" but, as many have posted here already (shame on me for not listening), his customer service and reliability is non-existent. |

Too bad I didn't go through Paypal, maybe I might still be able to get my money back through my credit card today. I'll give my bank a call and sort it out.
Not confident dealing with this vendor anymore. |

Yeah, suffered the same when I ordered my LED AE. I thought about giving them a try too after reading some positive reviews. I figured maybe they had pulled their shit together, but apparently not.
The DTEC V10's blew out in less than 6 months as well as the DTEC V9's (I splurged on both for AE as well as fog). Very bad customer service and poor quality products to boot. Take your business elsewhere. |

I ordered smoked side markers from E92Lighting a few months ago. All my communication was through PM and they always responded quickly. After I placed my order, I did get a tracking number right away. However, after 2 weeks, I hadn't received my order so I PM'd and they re-sent and then I got them in a few days. So it all ended well. But did take a while to get the merchandise.

Have to agree they have terrible, terrible customer service. I would never, ever deal with them "again."

Its 4 weeks now and still waiting for the bulbs
Sent few emails with no answer. They should be banned.

One of my angel eyes went out. My order did take about 2 weeks to get to my house though. They had created my tracking label but took them like a week to actually ship it out. When i emailed them they sent me a response within 48 hours. So not an awful experience, just tested my patience. I am pleased with what i got though!
