High pitch beep then Combox resets when a call is received?

I have a retrofitted Combox which has been working without issue for nearly 2 years.

I have had a ghost code (E1CF) since swapping out the TCU but this didn't cause any issue.

I have recently had an issue whereby the Combox emits a single high pitch beep whenever a call connects then the Combox resets. This leaves error code A8F9.

Any ideas on why this has suddenly become an issue?

Did you solve this??

Seems like some times My combox resets/reboots. I'm using my Ipod connected to the USB port in the armrest and suddenly the combox resets and switches to Radio.

I don't know if its because of accessing BMW live when there was no tethering activated (sometimes i forget)
