Getting Married! Wedding Car selection..

Hi folks,

I am tying the knot in 6 months times but not sure what vehicle to choose. I am keen on my vert but the missus does not want to sit in the vert with the wedding dress due to my irritating habits of being finnicky with the interior bits getting scratched etc. If you guys had to tie the knot, which car would you choose to ride in and why. I am so confused. I wanted a rolls royce drophead convertible but quotes are over $2.5k for 6 hours and quite frankly a bit too dear for my liking. Please drop in your thoughts below.

I've got an amg convertible thing for my lead car, and a few Audi Q7's for the rest of the bridal party. Also have a few custom Harley's in the lead. I get married in April. Freaking out lol

I wouldn't even have a wedding at all...

I'll be like my parents and cousin, who just went to the relevant government place to sign some documents stating they are now married.

Money saved is going straight to more car parts....

For my wedding I had an R35, R34, R33 and R32 GTR. One for each girl. Looked great in a convoy.

I'm unclear on how bride will scratch interior of vert tbh? Is she dressing up in medieval chainmail? +1 to saving money and spending it on car parts

Don't know if you have already discussed this with your future wife or your single. Once thing i have learnt is it doesn't matter want you want. If your fiance wants some fucking white trees with leds that cost $800 each rental per day she will be getting those damn trees.... if she wants the biggest most expensive center pieces for each table, she will get that too.

Congrats on the wedding.

TBH the car part is a small part of the day. I'd just rent a 7 series or A8 and be comfortable inside and have extra room. Save the money for other things. You will be needing it!

Haha take it how it comes. Tbh I hate it when the missus jumps in my car or anyone else for that matter. No one can sit still and enjoy the ride.. i like the keep my interior leather and door sills like the way it came from the factory. Girls always leave foundation marks on door sills or scratch near seat belt clipper with their massive diamond rings etc.. boys jump in like they have never sat in a sports seat before and dont care if side bolsters get scratched or not hence why missus has realised my cleaning obsession after every ride and shes like hell no we are not taking your car!!!

Worst comes to shuv we'll have a bmw convoy like in europe which is my first choice. Rather rock up there with 50 bmws than anything else.. i was thinking bmw i8 to hire but god damn its hard to get in and out of that thing.

Or grab a horse like someone said bahah.

sounds awesome would love to see a photo of that. I'm thinking of a typical bmw convoy that is like a tradition in some parts of Europe. Choices are limited in Australia
