Just ordered my BMW X1 18D X drive, delivery set some time in april 2015 as I will have to wait for the rental expiry of my actual car.

Congratulations on your decision!

But are you sure that it is 18d xdrive ( all wheels drive ) because I am also considering to order 18d 110kw but it is only possible to order with front wheel drive.

With xdrive diesels are 20d and 25d.

Or there is something new that I didn't hear about?

Well, it was not available for order prior the official presentation, but it now is. Even the car configurator allows you to do so... at least here!

Thanks for explanation! I will ask around at my dealer to see what's new, last time 3 weeks ago I test drove X1 18d sdrive and it was not available with x drive. Do you know what is the price difference for sdrive and xdrive with 18d engine? Thanks
