Thats a hell of a lot cheaper than the motiv kit.

Looks like AD Engineering are coming out with some decent products. They also have a new stepped intercooler designed to handle 1000hp

The AD PI Kit doesn't include the controller for the injectors. Below is a response from Andy Divers on this subject

"We offer our Haltech PS1000 pnp kit for the N54 starting at $1399. That price includes the Haltech PS1000, ADE pnp wire harness, port injector and boost solenoid harness, and relay/fuse box. This kit comes standard with a basemap and wiring to control the port injection, boost solenoid, and secondary fuel pump. Boost control is true PID control resulting in tunable control and extremely fast spool. It can be set to boost by gear, boost by speed, or a combination of the two. Additional options are available like brake boost, anti-lag, launch control, 2step, aux input/output plug, aux harness, trim pot (for boost control on the fly), etc. These options range from $39-99.

We have been using and selling our haltech kit for quite sometime and it works amazingly well. There are lots of features and control making it a much better choice than an AEM boost controller or JB4.

The haltech is a superior port injector controller as well. However, if the haltech is out of your budget the split second AIC is an alternative controller @$384. Hope that answers your questions.
-Andy"

The controller if using JB4 is an additional ~$350USD from Burger.

Still a great deal, people have comments as to how the injectors are angled/placed etc...

Correct. Ive read about the angle as well, but i honestly think it would be negligible, its only adding additional fuel into the intake air tract. 1 advantage with PI would be nice clean valves so no more carbon cleaning??

I think so Socket, the guys in the states that are running it seem to be inpressed.
If your on the fence like me, just get the Fuelit throttle body injection kit, its $900 delivered and you can fit it yourself. Should be able to run 100% E85 if you wanted

Man I wish someone would just develop a high pressure fuel pump upgrade like the ones you can get from APR for the VW/Audi cars. The upgraded pumps have a larger piston to displace more volume, instead of over driving them like the old VTT kit.

Then you can do away with all this extra complexity of having all these fuel lines and controllers and injectors in the car.

I told Steve that my goal was around 550rwhp, he said the TBI would be fine for those soughts of numbers. He has a car in his shop thats putting down 550rwhp with TBI and they are going for more power. The stock fuel line is fine as well, but he advised to upgrade it when your going over 600rwhp+

Steve told me 100% E85 on stock turbo's, and high concentrations of E85 on Hexon/Rb's etc, im guessing in the region of 60-90% depending on all the variables of each car etc...

What level of E85 can you safely run on your stock turbo's now?
You will need the TBI if your going for decent power levels, which is the whole point of getting these turbo's. Otherwise just run like 15psi without the TBI and see what the logs look like

It would be even better if we could find someone local to do this.

Ive only run e30 on my old cobb and logs were fine. I still have the stock LPFP so never wanted to go beyond that.

I will be installing a walbro 450 shortly however.

I was aiming for 550hp or there abouts and when that gets a little boring and i have spare cash, i can really do something with the fueling and push it.
