MHD Google Error
Hi Guys
I have searched through forums and can't seem to find any information relating to my issue. I am making the switch from COBB to MHD and have bought a lenovo android tablet, k+dcan cable and otg micro usb cable. I have also downloaded the MHD App on to the device and can read/ pull codes so I know my cable is working. However, when I try and buy the maps I get the following error from google. "ERROR Your order was declined because it was considered high risk. Please try again in 30 mins. Google Play" My google account is not very old (about 3 months) and I don't use it much as I created it for the purpose of play store when I got my samsung s5. I thought my google account was the problem so then went and created another google account but still keep getting the same error message. I then disable all security features on the tablet that would stop download of unknown apps, still doesn't work. To experiment I purchased a weather app for $2.99 and that worked so its not my paypal account. I wonder if google only allows one device to be logged on at the one time as right now I have my phone and tablet both signed in, but that would be pretty stupid as most people have more than one device with a single account. Any help or any related experience info would be much appreciated. Its getting pretty frustrating now Cheers |

Looks interesting. What's the total cost end up being with a purchased map?
I see the maps come from Wedge Performance. Are they any good? |

MHD Flasher $99 USD Maps $49 USD each (they have stage 1, 1+, 2, 2+ and e40 Monitors $49 USD (from memory) K+dcan cable $20 USD Tablet - I just bought a Lenovo one for $99 AUD from officeworks The wedge off the shelf maps are a bit more aggressive than the Cobb off the shelf (I had both so could compare). The car feels strong with these maps. If your pumps and spark plugs/ coils are all good there shouldn't be any issues. Then if you want to go a step further you can get your car dialed in by Wedge remotely from US by purchasing a custom tune for $249 USD, but I would recommend that when you are at stage 2+ or ready to run some e85 blends. The user interface etc of MHD is pretty good |

That is good... Do you buy all that stuff from Wedge Performance? What is the Monitors? I already have a tablet so covered there
Look forward to hearing a bit more of a review relative to you mods and fuel choice and what map you're running? E40? So do they have a 98RON map? No E85 around here. I know the RON in the US is typically a lot lower |

Yeh my custom tune was purchased directly off Ken
wedgeperformance@gmail.com I have a stage 2+ equivelent map from wedge thats been custom tuned by them. The monitors are just gauages that monitor all your key engine paramaters (can't remember if that was free or I paid for it sorry) Also have the e40 map, but needs to be dialed in. And also looking into some custom dyno tuning locally if I find a tuner that can use tunerpro / mhd - but thats early day. Its more for when I start upgrading turbo's, gearboxes etc, however the US tuners will be able to provide tunes for that as well no problems |

oh by the way the off the shelf maps are purchased through the MHD app. It just needs to be connected to the internet when doing so
Also in terms of power on stage 2+ Stock: 175rwkw (dyno dynamics) stage 2+: 270rwkw on dyno dynamics and 240rwkw on mainline So dyno results vary depending on setup, conditions etc |

e40 map sounds good... what does "dialed in mean"
Looks like I have a bit of reading to do just found the MHD flasher thread http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1124593 I assume there is a similar flash to Stage 1 JB4 which is all I need at the moment. |

dial in = custom tuning
And yes there are stage 1, 1+,2,2+,e40 All require different mods to run. There will be info on the threads as to what mods are required for each stage |
