What are you getting for Christmas?

Or at least what did you ask for?

The only thing I've asked for is a bottle of Creed Aventus, I can't think of anything else as I just tend to buy stuff when I want it, I'm told it makes me difficult to buy for

The best presents are usually the surprises or things you'd never buy but are glad somebody did!

I can tell you what I'm getting in general terms:

Nothing I actually want! Not sure I have since I was bought a TCR race car set when I was 13

I asked my girlfriend if she wanted a MPE upgrade for my future car, but I have a sneaky feeling my offer was wasted on her...

I'm told the same.

Asked for a Garmin Fenix 3 watch though after posting last week for ideas!

Just like every other year my wife will give me a list of jobs to do around the house. On that basis it's Christmas every week

My wife and I will probably make time for some retail therapy together during the Christmas break.

I just want to see my kids faces light up and enjoy the magic of Xmas eve putting a tray out for Santa and then coming down in the morning with them.

Not everybody is lucky enough to be with their families on Xmas day as they are away working or sadly no longer with us.

That's all I want. All the money in the world can't by that.

Here is a toast to "absent friends!"
