Hexon Inlets
Hexon are developing a set of hardpipe inlets, which wont require coolant tank relocation and are located on the 'correct' side of the engine bay:

Let's see what the price will be for some pipes, silicon tubing and hose clamps...

Might pair these up with the hexon rr600 turbos I have already purchased as well. I like the stealth look option (of using stock box or sealed intake) along with anodised black finish

I was saying the samething. I'm about to sell the VRSF inlets because I'm not trying to spend an additional arm and leg having stuffed shifted, once I get my turbos. I was a minute away from ordering the RB inlets...

Hexon actually had Inlets out before alot of the guys started making them. Not alot of them went to the general public due to the labor Involved on installing them and seeing minimal gains. After a tuner installed a set, adjusted some files and soon after everyone started making them.

I like that there is a bracket holding it in place away from the serpantine belt

Agreed, I've worked on two cars with VTT inlets and they looked very close to the belts. Needed zip ties to keep them away which looked a bit dodgey.

At the end of the day you can find pro's and cons with every inlet system out there!
This one sounds great as it will be RHD compatible and relatively inexpensive which is what the masses want more so than the big $ TFT. |

Haha, not really.. Even the VRSF design (TFT knock off) would be preferred over this setup, or MMP even. Obviously my personal choice/opinion..
I just don't like the routing and filter positioning/placement, makes the engine bay look busy and unorganised.. I am pedantic with engine bay presentation though, so i may be in the 1%. lol |

Anyone get them? http://www.hexonautowerks.com/produc...tm?pg&PdSearch I like how the back inlet comes in 2 parts for easier install. All for $275 + $60 to ship from Germany.

I just ordered a set of Hexon Inlets. They're on their way now. Will have them installed on the 23rd. Definitely dynoing before and after.
