Register New Battery with BMW Carly App

I recently replaced my battery with an Autozone duralast, the part number is H8-AGM. I replaced the 90ah nonagm battery last night and used the app to register a new battery. The only problem is that the new battery is a 95ah agm but the app only allows to register a 90ah agm or 105 ah agm, so I selected the 90 ah agm, just wondering if that was the right move.

Did you swap from AGM to non-AGM? Or non-AGM to AGM? Your post isn't very clear on that.

Sorry about that, I swapped a 90ah non-agm (stock battery) to a 95ah AGM battery.

Then selecting 90ah AGM would be the best selection for the battery.

You should code the non AGM to AGM in the CAS module and write it to your VO in both the CAS and NFRM as well.

i don't think carly app can switch from non AGM to AGM. your best bet is to get a cheap cable and use ncsexpert to change it.

Carly can switch between agm and non-agm in seconds.

Installed a 95ah non-agm battery last night (it's a bloody fiddley process!) and used carly to code from 90ah AGM to 90ah non-agm.
