How to generate FSC code using Winsow8 64 bit

Anyone know to way to get FSC for E series ?

you need to pull out the 1b file using SWREADER and then upload it to FSC generator - if you want FSC for maps.

Do you have SWREADER that works with window8 64bits ?

You can get the 1b file with an enet cable and an ftp client.
