Red face Breakfast treat !!!!

Just made myself one of my favourite breakfasts which I thoroughly enjoyed

2 cheddar cheese and cracked black black pepper muffins lightly pan toasted with two fried eggs and grilled ham washed down with a splendid cup of decaf and a dollop of tomato ketchup.

- not a fan of overly fatty food hence no bacon and can't do too much caffeine hence the healthier version.

What's everyone's favourite breakfast ???

Oh and before any wannabe perverts pop up excluding varieties of cat

My favourite again like Kal is muffin (oh er) based but plain toasted with grilled bacon roasted tomatoes and a poached egg, I pride myself on a good poached egg!

All of the above sound great!

I like a home made version of the McD's beakfast wrap:-

Plain tortilla wrap + HP + grated cheddar + fried egg or small omelette + bacon or grilled ham

The very thought of a "dollop" of tomato sauce in Decaf. Ugh?

I like scrambled egg on toast with cracked black pepper and HP brown sauce.

Also quite like Stokes Brown Sauce that wife gets from her occasional visit to Waitrose.

Or:

I like grilled tomatoes on toast with a tad of salt on top.

And

I'm quite partial to a sneaky Sausage & Egg Muffin from Mcdonalds a few times a month.

We had a party last night and had a ridiculous amount of fish, chips and curry sauce delivered from a local chippy, my breakfast consisted of a reheated chip barm with curry sauce.

It was amazing

Can't beat a bit of reheated Kebab 'meat'.

Morning after pizza makes for a nice snack as well.

Although if have to cook.

Then it's stocking up at local butchers (rural butchers are great).

They make their own sausages, have some great bacon, make their own black pudding.

Also partial to nice bit of white pudding with the black

You're right on the rural butchers.

Best breakfast butty I ever had was in Knighton where the local butcher/ baker did a home baked bun with 3 fresh fat sausages , fat layer of fresh bacon with a freshly laid egg.

Increases your cholesterol levels just talking about it but was damn good !!!!
