Got this today. I already signed off on the form and told the headphones will be sent out very shortly. Yah! At least I'll have some sweet headphones to listen to while my car is being repaired. Silver linings.

You don't need the mailing. Just call and tell your dealer you received the mailer about encore program and the headphones.

I believe it is only for US customers.

I would not blame you for wondering since BMW continues to tease us with pictures of European model cars that have options not available in the US (sport seats and M steering wheel on X line).

I would have ordered M steering wheel on my X line - but also NOT available in the UK. However, I think I recall one of our Dutch members WAS able to order this combination.

They are free! Although someone will come along and say that I paid for them when buying the car. I haven't received them yet.

Finally got mine. They sound really good. They had somehow "lost" me in the system so it took longer to get them.
