Undercarriage maintenance.
I live in the mid-Atlantic where they salt/brine the roads for winter storms.
To help maintain my 235 I hose the wheel-wells and underside. Do you think the stream of water dries out bushing and pivot points? And is there s spray you can hit the flexible cv boots and bushings with that adds lubrication and protection? Silicon I though damages rubber, WD-40 and other oils also would think we're damaging. Glycerin is what I use on weather stripping, but I was looking for purpose spray to hit underside of shock towers, half-shaft boots, rubber hangers and suspension points with, anyone know anything good to use ? |

I do that same underside cleaning every Spring because I want to get all the salt residue removed. The rain and moisture the rest of the year probably does more damage than hosing down the underside once a year. And that is why I use a protectant on all the vinyl and rubber parts of my cars. http://www.griotsgarage.com/product/...efType=&from=S |
